This treaty has been written to establish a Trade Agreement between the nations of the Kingdom of the Swiss and The Spanish Empire, proclaiming that these nations are to claim that any government-imposed barriers placed with the intention of trade and transportation of goods shall be abolished on both sides (namely tariffs).
