Content[]
This document serves to legally and fairly trade sovereign lands between the following states; The Holy Roman Empire and the Kingdom of the Swiss.
- The Imperial Habsburg territories of Savoy, Eastern Aosta Valley, Piedmont, Sardinia, and the Principality of Fürstenberg-Fürstenberg shall be formally ceded by the Austrian Empire to the Kingdom of the Swiss.
- The Habsburg Empire shall also cease claims to the Margraviate of Baden and recognise it as a Swiss province respectively.
- The Swiss territories of Bosnia & Herzegovina, Serbia, Macedonia, Albania, Kosovo, Dalmatia, Ionia, Istria, and Corfu shall be formally ceded by the Kingdom of the Swiss to the Austrian Empire.
The Swiss and Austrians have once again reaffirmed their close partnership, as two of the dominant states of central Europe, and will continue to work together to promote the inherent rights that have been bestowed upon them.
